1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "kp67" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at kp67.org, including all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the kp67 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on kp67, through which you access all gaming and financial services.
• "Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within your kp67 Account, representing deposited funds and accrued winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to your Account by kp67 under any active promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, crash title, slot spin, or any other gaming product available through kp67.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by kp67 before processing withdrawals, including identity document submission and address verification.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of the kp67 platform under its international gaming licence.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with kp67's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the kp67 platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between the Player and kp67. By registering an account on kp67, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the kp67 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the kp67 platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• All information provided to kp67 during registration and KYC verification is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Acceptance of these Terms is a continuing obligation. Continued use of the kp67 platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on kp67, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Players);
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of kp67, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kp67 or had an account closed for Terms violation;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your use of kp67 does not violate any local law or regulation applicable to you personally;
• You are not included on any sanctions list, politically exposed persons register, or financial crime monitoring database consulted by kp67 as part of its compliance procedures.

kp67 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kp67 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual Player may register only one account on kp67. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kp67 employs automated systems and manual review procedures to detect duplicate account creation.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile telephone number, which will serve as your primary account identifier;
• A secure password of your own choosing, which you are responsible for keeping confidential;
• Your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address as they appear on your government-issued identity documents;
• Such additional information as kp67 may request for KYC verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp67 login credentials. kp67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kp67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kp67 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration does not automatically entitle a Player to any bonus, promotion, or specific odds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kp67 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kp67 does not apply currency conversion charges; the balance you see in your account is your actual PKR balance.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa: Rs 100,000 per transaction;
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, over-the-counter cash deposit, and bank transfer;
• Deposits are credited to your kp67 Wallet typically within seconds for e-wallet methods; bank transfer times may vary;
• kp67 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution;
• kp67 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in volume or pattern, and to request supporting documentation during such checks;
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kp67 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, KYC verification;
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotional terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x);
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• kp67 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or systematic play patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements is identified;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on kp67 under any name or mobile number are not eligible for first-deposit bonus offers;
• kp67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kp67 platform are subject to the game-specific rules published within each product section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all kp67 gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the kp67 system. Players cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed;
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in odds or game outcome, kp67 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. Where winnings have already been credited based on a manifest error, kp67 reserves the right to recover the incorrect amount;
• kp67 uses independently certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino and instant-win game products. The outcome of these games is determined entirely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by kp67 or any third party;
• Sports betting odds are set by kp67's trading team and may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted;
• kp67 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Player account at any time, without being required to provide reasons;
• Any winnings generated from a balance that kp67 determines was funded by fraudulent, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods will be forfeited and the account suspended pending investigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp67 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the kp67 platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the kp67 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or any multi-player product;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the kp67 platform for financial gain;
• Systematically placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage) in a manner that kp67 determines constitutes abuse of its platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that kp67 reasonably determines is intended to defraud the platform or other Players.

9. Responsible Gaming

kp67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Players. kp67 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered account:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits that take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased;
• Loss limits — caps on net losses over specified time periods;
• Session time reminders — configurable notifications alerting Players to the duration of their active gaming session;
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During any self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked and no marketing materials will be sent;
• Reality check — periodic on-screen summaries of session activity and current balance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kp67 platform — including but not limited to the kp67 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, odds data, promotional materials, software code, and text — is the intellectual property of kp67 or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the kp67 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of kp67.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kp67 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the kp67 platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, kp67 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use or inability to use the kp67 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if kp67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures outside kp67's direct control;
• Any interruption to the kp67 platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes kp67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

kp67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by kp67 for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds will not be returned.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp67 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the kp67 platform shall first be submitted to kp67's internal complaints procedure. Players may raise a complaint by contacting [email protected] with full details of the matter in dispute. kp67 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through kp67's internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body designated under kp67's gaming licence, details of which are available on request.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kp67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material, kp67 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Players via on-platform notification or email to the registered contact address before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the kp67 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms in full. Players who do not accept any amendment must cease using the kp67 platform and may request account closure.
